My ScreenShot
I wanna make it interesting so just wait till I get online later
Ok I cant get it to work so here's something totally unrelated. I drew this for a design contest
alright here is my screen shot. obviously I was working on this while taking my screen shot.....and I realized my laptop did not have a printer added so that's why it did not work.
I thought a display of Detroit pride might bring a smile to someone's face, and I was obviously working on the blog when I took this. Paint was open, Ready to receive the picture, and I was desperately trying to get windows media player to work. the clutter on the page is typical of my workspace, but I leave clutter in the corners, as I can be efficient while working. Strangely, my work output increases with more clutter on the screen. my rampant multitasking often means I get more work done (i,e more assignments) in the same amount of time. thus I put forward the idea that my multitasking has led to the ability to multitask my assignments as well as my distractions. however, I do think that I'm likely fooling myself. It was a good try though.
My Module Topic?
I just thought of it:I'll examine the relationship between internet immersion and detachment from current events. Don't quote me!
Storyboard: Kid playing video game preferably a shooter, head-shooting someone and yelling owned!. then cut to a Russian soldier in a tank doing something horrifyingly similar with a Georgian border sign in the background. Something similar to this is what I'm "shooting" for.
I believe immersion in the internet and especially in online gaming can lead to a severe case of existentialism. This detachment from current events and real life strikes me as being particularly negative. Thus, I prescribe 2 hours of intense kitten snuggling to anyone who has not heard of the Russian invasion/reclaiming of Georgia. The format shall be a 6-8 panel comic strip. however, due to circumstances outside of my control, I could not finish my work yesterday. If, by the way, you wish to see the style of my comic, look to my song collage for the city skyline. That is the style I'll use.

Rock Band 2 Releases
ah i'm gonna move my pineapple story over here
here goes:
You see I thought that pineapple would make a good wall paper, but when stretched widescreen it takes on a malevolent air and becomes impossible to look at. Thus I take the initiative to point out this as an example of opposing viewpoints. anyone looking at the picture would think that pineapple was cute/harmless. only me, with how I've seen that pineapple i can no longer feel good about that thing. oh well, next up; a watermelon! actually i found out that the pineapple was part of a failed attempt by the dole pineapple company to endear its products to the general public, part of the country yumkins line of fruit and vegetables. The perspective this picture is viewed from changes the way many would feel about the emotions displayed. It's power is within the way it takes a common object and humanizes it....

Rock BAnd + Guitar Hero
I calculated the amount of money i've spent on these guitar video games. I've easily spent $1013.65. lemme break it down; 80$ for Guitar Hero II, 40$ for a second guitar, 80 for the Rock Band Drums, 60 Each for the 2 Stratocasters for ps3, 70 for the Les Paul for PS3, 60 For Rock Band, Guitar Hero III and Guitar Hero Aerosmith, Hundreds on Downloadable songs, but dang was it worth it. I Don't Regret any of it, as I've had a blast with it all. I just never paid attention to how much i was paying. shucks. Mind you, I did get good deals on most of the objects listed, i just pointed out full price for the shock value. I still spent $600 on only three games, basically. kinda shameful.
Nonetheless, recently (This Morning) They Updated Rock Band for PS3 to use the Guitar Hero Guitar, which makes having two stratocasters a moot point. Now that is frustrating.
